Prayer Meetings

A Prayer Meeting is a weekly gathering of Christians to offer praise and worship to the Lord, our God, to listen to God's word through prepared teaching and inspired prayer, and to minister to one another in small group discussion and fellowship.

Praise and worship is lead by the Lion of Judah Music Ministry, a gifted vocal and instrumental group with a deep spiritual committment and the ability to inspire others. We remember, The words of St. Augustine, "He who sings prays twice."

Teaching is reserved to those approved by the discernment team and is carefully monitored to ensure sound doctrinal content. It is presented in a down to earth practical manner, most frequently by selected members of Lion of Judah. Ocassionally outside speakers are invited.

Small group discussion follows the teaching. There are separate groups for guys and girls and older participants (such as parents) meet separately in their own groups. The purpose of small groups is to help incorporate the teaching into your life and basically support one another as we struggle to live as Christian men and women.

Fellowship (9:30PM-11:00PM) we move to the ministry center for refreshments and fellowship.
